This agency provides comprehensive, confidential, healing centered and trauma informed services to all victims of crime in Monroe, Ontario, Wayne, Seneca, and Yates. Services are offered at 8 different office locations across these counties as well as within several school districts. Services include victim advocacy, therapeutic services, care coordination as well as Hispanic Bilingual and LGBTQ+ specific services and supports, and referrals for additional supports as needed and/or identified. Domestic Violence Victim Advocacy Services are available in Ontario and Wayne Counties including a 24 hour crisis hotline available at 1-800-695-0390 or text 315-849-9251. This agency’s goal is to provide professional counseling and support services to individuals, children and families to improve the quality of their life at home and in the community.
