Lewis County Opportunities, Victim Services offers a 24-hour crisis confidential hotline 315-376-HELP (4357) staffed by trained professionals who provide an immediate response to rape and sexual assault victims. An advocate will accompany the victim to their local emergency room for a forensic rape exam, assist them through the criminal investigation process if they decide to report to law enforcement, provide emergency safe dwelling services to victims of domestic violence and will be available for crisis counseling on an ongoing basis.
