In this location of Empire Justice Center the VOCA Long Island Team provides legal representation and advocacy primarily to consumer victims of crime. This could include loan modification scam victims, credit card fraud, auto lending fraud and scams, contract fraud, deed theft, property theft, unlawful evictions, and defense to tenantnd other consumer crime victims cases. We also work on a limited number of family law cases.
