Empire Justice Center has two locations in Westchester County, our main location in Yonkers where we meet our clients, and a satellite location in White Plains. We serve immigration victims of crimes in Yonkers, in a variety of areas under Immigration Law. We specifically represent clients before the U.S. Immigration Services who may be eligible for immigration benefits such as VAWA Self-Petitions, U visas, Battered Spouse waivers, Adjustment of Status, Renewals of Permanent Resident Cards and Naturalizations.
