The Elder Abuse Helpline for Concerned Persons at New York City Elder Abuse Center/Weill Cornell Medicine is a no-cost, non-emergency, confidential service for family, friends, neighbors and others who are aware of a NYC-residing person, 60+, who is being abused, neglected and/or financially exploited.
