EAC Network Safe Harbour's Providing Assistance Towards Healing (PATH) Program provides community-based case management services, trauma counseling, yout and community outreach services in Suffolk County, NY. EAC Network Safe Harbour's PATH Program's goal is to provide client-centered and trauma informed services to youth. These services are for youth in Suffolk County, up to age 18, that are at-risk or survivors of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. Through goal setting, safety planning, referrals and psychoeducation, this program is able to support clients on their path towards healing, growth and making safe decisions. The community education portion of this program provides outreach materials and educational workshops for community members, human services professionals and caregivers. Workshops are available in person and virtual, and can be modified to meet the needs of the audience. Workshops are also provided to youth at local residential placements and schools which include information about trafficking prevention, internet safety, and healthy versus unhealthy relationships. All services and workshops are free of charge.
