The Dispute Resolution Center DRC is a private non-profit agency serving Orange, Putnam, Sullivan and Ulster Counties with: mediation services, educational programs, training and workshops, and others. Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Orange, Sullivan and Ulster County is a program of the Dispute Resolution Center. The CASA Program provides advocacy for children who are victims of neglect and/or abuse. The CASA program may assist in filing a claim for the Office of Victim Services.
