Community Services for Every1's Victim Assistance Program offers non-judgmental, confidential services to help victims recover from their crime and assist them through the criminal justice process. There is no fee for our services, which include: NYS Crime Victims Compensation Application assistance, court accompaniment and advocacy with the criminal justice system, crisis intervention, relocation assistance, and information and referral to other resources. Our program focuses on assisting crime victims with disabilities and can provide intensive case management services to domestic violence victims who have a cognitive disability. Through the case management, domestic violence victims develop Personal Empowerment Plans that help them develop the skills and connect with the resources and support they need to safely escape the abuse and also maintain their safety long term.
