The Clinton County Child Advocacy Center’s mission is to develop a collaborative partnership intended to minimize both the short-term and the long-term trauma of child abuse through a supportive and child-friendly environment for families. We serve the rural counties of Clinton, Essex, and Franklin County including the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe. We also have a mobile unit that is specially equipped to be a mobile site where a forensic interview, victim advocacy, mental health counseling, or MDT meeting can take place at any location throughout our region.
