There is an advocate from the Ontario County District Attorney's Office Victim Assistance Program located at the Ontario County Sheriffs Department. Please contact us with any questions you have in regard to the criminal justice process. We will assist with orders of protection, information regarding case investigation, information regarding prosecution, court preparation, VINE notifications, claims for compensation through the Office of Victim Services, and assisting with the necessary referrals to meet the physical and emotional needs of survivors.
