The Queens County District Attorney's Office has two victim assistance programs which can help crime victims with a range of supportive services, including supportive counseling, advocacy within the criminal justice system, related assistance with transportation needs, safety planning, court accompaniment, information and referrals, advocacy with other service providers, and assistance with OVS compensation claim applications.
