The Child Advocacy Center of Columbia and Greene Counties coordinates the investigation of child abuse allegations, coordinates a Multidisiplinary Team and provides comprehensive services to child victims and their caregivers. These services include forensic interviews of child victims, trauma therapy, counseling, medical examinations, parenting groups, court preparation, legal and medical advocacy, assistance with crime victims’ rights applications, transportation assistance and linkage to other resources including housing, food and travel. All services are free of charge and do not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation or socio-economic status.
