Tioga Co. CAC provides a safe, child friendly location for youth who have been victims of or witness to physical, sexual abuse or CSEC to be interviewed and connected with services. The Tioga Co. CAC also facilitates a monthly MDT meeting for case review to identify barriers, needs and improve communication and collaboration to ultimately reduce the abuse of children. The Tioga Co. CAC is working to educate and increase community awareness of child abuse and maltreatment, as well as highlighting the benefits of a centrally located, child focused facility where children can be heard.
