St. Peter's Crime Victim Services' mission is to reduce the incidence and trauma of all crimes through person-centered emotional support, advocacy, and medical services, and community-based prevention efforts. The Crime Victim Services' Support and Advocacy Team provides no cost supportive services to victims/survivors, including but not limited to: crisis intervention, counseling, therapy, support groups, medical accompaniment and advocacy, legal accompaniment and advocacy, information and referrals, and assistance completing Office of Victim Services compensation applications. The Crime Victim Services' Forensic Examiner Program provides medical forensic exams and medical treatment for victims/survivors of sexual assault/rape, domestic and intimate partner violence, child abuse, elder abuse, and physical assault.
