Gouverneur Hospital - Launched TeleSAFE project on 10/31/2019. United Concierge Medicine (UCM) provides 24 hr services to the hospital providing telemedicine services to staff at Basset Medical Center for sexual assault exams. Trained Sexual Assault Forensic Examiners will respond to hospital to assist with an exam.
