The Bronx District Attorney's Office's Crime Victims Assistance Unit provides advocacy and therapy to crime victims in the Bronx to assist them to cope and heal n the aftermath of their victimization.

This specific contract serves victims of crime with a focus on domestic violence in Chemung County. The advocate is located in the city's main hub for emergency services (pantry, emergency shelter, rental support). The advocate provides non-residential advocacy, support, 24/7 hotline and assistance with victim compensation claims.

This agency provides domestic violence and crime victims services for people living in Schoharie County. Services offered include: 24-hour crisis hotline, safety planning, assistance completing victim services compensation application, advocacy and accompaniment, transportation, child care, attorney services, therapy, information and referral.

SAVAR offers services to survivors of sexual and domestic violence in Cayuga County, NY. Services include therapy, support groups, legal representation with protection orders and other family law matters, 24-hour hotline, case management, advocacy and accompaniment to medical facilities, law enforcement agencies and the courts, assistance with filing for crime victim’s claims assistance, information, referrals and assistance throughout the criminal justice process. All services are free and confidential.

Our program provides trauma-focused psychotherapy, in English and Spanish, to children, teens, and their caregivers who have been victims of or witnesses to violent crime. We also provide court support, advocacy, and accompaniment to children and teens who have to testify or appear in criminal and family court proceedings related to their crime victimization.

The Chenango County Child Advocacy Center is a child-focused program in which representatives from core disciplines such as law enforcement, child protection, prosecution, mental health, medical and victim advocacy collaborate to investigate child abuse reports, conduct forensic interviews, determine and provide evidence-based interventions, and asses cases for prosecution. By offering a coordinated multidisciplinary response to child abuse cases we can minimize trauma to the child victims and the caregivers and provide them with the necessary referrals and resources they need to begin their healing,

Through a trauma-informed lens, we provide advocacy, case management, and therapy for child crime victims and their non offending family members. We also offer case management to adult crime victims and their non offending family members. We provide educational outreach and primary prevention to the community through trainings and other tools. We offer several different support groups that run at different times of the year.
