A New Hope Center is the comprehensive crime victim service provider of Tioga County. We providing free and confidential services to individuals affected by domestic and intimate partner violence, sexual violence and trafficking, and all other crimes. A New Hope Center offers supportive counseling, systems advocacy, and community education programs. We operate a 24-hotline and textline. We also operate a safe dwelling for those who need immediate housing when leaving an unsafe household.

Through our wrap-around social services, AAFSC promotes mental and physical wellbeing, food security, healthy relationships, and family reunification by connecting community members to health and food access, mental health counseling, and legal services. We get our families ready to succeed, work, and lead productive lives through ESOL classes, civics lessons, caregiver support, and youth enrichment activities. We prevent domestic violence, child abuse, and neglect by equipping families with the tools to succeed, offering case management services to victims of violence and cultivating healthy relationship skills in young people.
