Hosted by the New York State Office of Victim Services, OVS Resource Connect is a concern-based search engine designed to help you find resources provided by OVS-funded Victim Assistance Programs (VAPs) from across New York State. To find a resource, type any concern in the search bar and click “SEARCH”. You can also filter results by entering your Zip Code and choosing a distance mile radius.
Don't see your concern? No problem. Simply scroll down to browse our alphabetical listing of concerns and resources and to access a map of Victim Assistance Programs (VAPs) near you. VAPs can provide immediate help to crime victims and offer additional services that are not directly offered by OVS.
