Created in 1998, DWDC Nuevo Amanecer Program (New Dawn) is a coordinated and comprehensive domestic violence program with the mission and vision to empower intimate partner violence survivors to take control of their situation and by developing proactive decision-making skills and awareness of their options. Services consist of crisis intervention bilingual Hotline (24/7), advocacy and accompaniment, supportive counseling, safety planning, support group , linkage to community resources and financial literacy training (PLET) . Case management services are free and confidential.
