CVSVC provides direct services to victims of crime of any age and gender in Albany County. We provide free and confidential therapy (individual, family, and group); case management services; campus based advocacy; criminal justice advocacy; prevention education and community mobilization; and a 24/7 crisis hotline. We provide emergency room and law enforcement accompaniments to victims of interpersonal violence.

24/7 hotline services for residential and non-residential services. Case management, advocacy, information and referrals, and a stable, safe environment, free from their abuser.

Our 24/7 hotline provides support, advocacy, and connection to residential domestic violence providers. The hotline focuses on innocent victims of crime with a focus on domestic violence.

This contract provides non-residential service to victims of crime to individuals in Schuyler and Chemung Counties. Support groups, individual support, advocacy, 24/7 hotline and assistance with victim compensation claims.

This specific contract serves victims of crime with a focus on domestic violence in Chemung County. The advocate is located in the city's main hub for emergency services (pantry, emergency shelter, rental support). The advocate provides non-residential advocacy, support, 24/7 hotline and assistance with victim compensation claims.

Montgomery County Domestic Violence and Crime Victim Services employs a Program Director and 6 fulltime advocates. We operate a 9-bed safe dwelling and our office hours are Monday thru Friday, 8am until 4pm. We also manage a crisis hotline 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. We are the only domestic violence program in Montgomery County and serve victims of domestic violence and crime, and their families, by appointment or walk-in, over the phone or virtually, and by providing advocacy in family and civil courts. We also are able to coordinate services with other agency offices in our building to include Safe Harbour/Human Trafficking, Emergency Assistance, Rapid-Rehousing Program, Food Pantry and Food Farmacy.

Our program provides trauma-focused psychotherapy, in English and Spanish, to children, teens, and their caregivers who have been victims of or witnesses to violent crime. We also provide court support, advocacy, and accompaniment to children and teens who have to testify or appear in criminal and family court proceedings related to their crime victimization.
